Mornings at Fröken Hjorts begin with a carefully prepared spread of fresh, local ingredients. Served in our cosy dining area or out on the patio when the weather agrees.
Almost everything is sourced nearby or made by hand. The apple juice comes from the farm next door. The bread is baked fresh each morning. The jams are homemade. We think it shows.
